The breakfast provided at the hotel was tasty and the breakfast attendant was friendly and attentive, keeping the area clean and well-stocked. It was definitely a great way to start the day. Additionally, the staff, including other travelers, were all very nice and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable during my stay. Lastly, the room I had booked matched the pictures and description accurately, which was a pleasant surprise.
One major issue I had during my stay was with the toilet in my room. Despite notifying the front desk attendant and requesting a call to update me on whether it was fixed or if I needed to switch rooms, I never received a phone call.

This hotel offers great value for money with good prices and basic amenities. The location near restaurants and gas stations off I-95 make it easy to access. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the rooms with 2 queen beds are comfortable with a walk-in shower and in good physical condition. The breakfast had great offerings including hot oatmeal which was included and served.
All aspects were satisfactory.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable, especially with a great restaurant nearby. Additionally, it was conveniently close to Richmond Hill and various restaurants in the area. everything about our stay was simply nice.

This hotel is located in an area with plenty of restaurants and gas stations nearby. The room service was prompt and the breakfast selection was decent. The view was impressive and the leisure facilities were well-maintained. As foreign tourists, we especially enjoyed the gym.
The air conditioning in the room was too noisy.
